The Roberta, Oklahoma native Bailey Rae almost got an immediate chair turn from John Legend on NBC's The Voice. The 18-year-old singer covered Lee Ann Womack's "Does My Ring Burn Your Finger".

Judge Blake Shelton is from Ada, Oklahoma, and was quoted saying, "There is a good chance I have driven past your house and thrown trash in your yard...that is how neighborly we are". Shelton went on to pitch to Bailey Rae about how in the battle rounds he plans to poach her once Legend "Screws it up". “When Kelly hits her button to steal you, I will already have my cards on the table,” Shelton said. “We’re neighbors and this is meant to be.”

Team Legend has never had a country artist, Bailey Rae is the first and we are so happy for her and intrigued to see what John will help her achieve!

The Voice will be back on Monday, November 9.
